Circle Tree Ranch is a residential alcohol and drug abuse treatment center is a school where students explore the root causes of their addiction specific to their gender, age and experience. The curriculum includes topics on issues which may contribute to substance abuse such as childhood experiences, family dynamics, gender accountability, violence, prejudice, trauma, and relationships, fosters emotional intelligence and encourages the development of authentic friendships. Students learn and work together on a 50 acre ranch in a variety of settings including group circles, vocational experiences, team-building settings and intensive retreats. At Circle Tree Ranch students are exposed to a wide range of cultural experiences, learn and develop emotional literacy, tolerance and moral development. Through daily practice, students are able to change their emotional reflexes to situations, people and, more importantly, to themselves. Longer residential rehabilitation treatment is encouraged for the dedicated student who wishes to reconcile, re-member and re-solve life issues and significantly expand her/his repertoire of responses. Families are included in the process of addiction recovery and change. Parents seeking substance abuse treatment with young children who reside with them on the campus are welcome for longer courses.
Circle Tree Ranch Teaching and Therapeutic Community is dedicated to providing quality residential drug and alcohol treatment services to substance abusing individuals with a diversity of special needs. The myriad of services provided include treatment for individuals struggling to overcome the hardships and personal devastation resulting from alcoholism and substance abuse, gambling addiction, eating disorders, and other self destructive, life negating behaviors, as well as trauma, PTSD, anxiety disorder, depression, bipolar disorder and other co-occurring disorders. Circle Tree Ranch provides a healing environment based on holistic treatment of chemical dependency rather than a traditional medical model approach. As each person is unique, so are their addiction rehabilitation needs. With this in mind, Circle Tree Ranch offers residential substance abuse treatment courses ranging from 90 days to 14 months or longer.
